The S60 is Volvo's new sports sedan. It is a car which unites opposites. The driver orientated design of the S60 makes it a dynamic companion. At the same time it has a new high tech system which helps protect the most vulnerable in traffic, the pedestrian, up to a speed of 30 kilometers an hour.The city safety system detects pedestrians, adults and children, who step in front of the car. When collision threatens the driver is given a warning, and if he does not react the system makes an emergency stop.
