Koulibaly freedom in Africa

African countries are victims of their leaders who have excessive powers. Wealth is in the hands of elites and does not contribute to improving the standard of living. The domination of the outside are still very important. We note that the countries of the franc zone are more than other victims of political instability. The path of freedom and democracy in Africa must be encouraged if we want development and a higher standard of living of the population.
