Judy Garland - The Texas Tornado

Judy Garland sings The Texas Tornado from the movie Pigskin Parade. She keeps asking throuout the movie, " I got a song. Can I sing it?", and when she does; BOOM! An explosion of raw, unfettered expressiveness the likes of which we will witness only rarely. Fourteen years old with 12 years of live Vaudville experience! Not jaded enough to know any better, she sang it straight from the heart and soul of her being. Not from pain and trial, but from wide eyed, hopeful Joie de Vivre. She most certainly CAN sing it! I just think it's pure entertainment.
