Goodwood Festival of Speed 2010 Coverage - The Drive Channel

This week in the Drive Channel, it's beautiful cars, women, and bags of monet at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in England. Every year since 1993, hundreds of thousands of spectators have packed the grounds of Earl of March called Goodwood. This year the theme was Alfa Romeo but the featured racing marque was Porsche with a line up of their stunning Porsche 917s. These cars dominated their day ending with the 1000HP Porsche 917K Can-Am Car which was driven by the lake Mark Donahue for Roger Penske. Tis 16 cylinder 1600hp version was built but never raced. In the events ranging from the hill climb to the car show, it went from ridiculous to the sublime with every type of car imaginable.
