Sakrete B-1 Trowel Grade Leveler is a trowelable, cement based product that is polymer modified for improved bond. Used for patching floors prior to the installation of floor coverings and is designed for use over concrete, wood, or cement backerboard. The key to a successful flooring project is to properly prepare and repair the substrate before installing any flooring. Floors often have cracks, dings and gouges that need to be repaired, creating a smooth, level surface before vinyl, laminate or tile or other flooring coverings can be installed.
