I have been leaning down for about 4 weeks now. I started at 226.5 lbs at 10% Bodyfat Now Im at 216.5 lbs at 4.91% bodyfat 7 site caliper tested. I plan on dieting another 2-3 weeks and dropping below 4% for our upcoming trip to Hawaii... The only things I have changed up is cutting out the bad foods in my diet, cut out pizza, sugars and mac and cheese. I started drinking more water and made my workouts a bit more intense.
