Super Mario Galaxy 2 Review

After I went back and played Super Mario 64 again I started to think even a 4 out of 5 is to high for this game.

I was very disappointed with SMG2. To any one who doesn't already know SMG2 was originally going to be a expansion pack for SMG1 but at about 75% done development they decided to make it a stand alone game. Sadly SMG2 still feels like an expansion pack. It seems that the one reason everyone likes the game is the one I don't like it. That reason is because a lot of the levels have their own gimmick. I say a lot of the levels because after the first three worlds they run out of ideas and just start piling the gimmicks on top of each other. Overall the game is just spread out to thin. It's still an overall fun game it's just that SM64, SMS, and SMG1 were all better.
Please note the video was made a little while ago, I ramble on a lot, and I decided to change my score for 4 out of 5 to 3 out of 5.
