Il Grande Furto

An attempt to shoot in only 48h (and inside a 8min long film) a patchwork of all what I like in cinema:

The flash-backs of "Once Upon a Time in America" (S.Leone)...
The robbery action of "The Killing" (S.Kubrick)
The framings of "A Touch of Evil" (O.Welles)
The lights of "Nosferatu" (Murnau)
The faces of "Goodfellas" (Scorcese)
The slapstick of Louis De Funès
...and, of course, the godfather of "The Godfather" (F.F.Coppola)!!!

Synopsis:
Paolo Franti, a dance-teacher, got fed up with his job. To change radically his life, he decides to organize a robbery, and goes to his district Godfather to ask for advices...

A movie written, shot, edited and mixed in 48h only in Rome, in June 2010, without a technical team and strictly with un-professional Couch Smurfers...

Couch Smurfing rocks!!!
