Overlooking the village of Gresse en Vercors, the residence is situated about 1 km from the heart of the village (a car is recommended). At the foot of the Vercors cliffs and facing due south, it comprises 4 buildings of 3 - 4 storeys each. Shops are just below the residence. The start of the runs is in the resort (1 km away) but a shuttle bus links the residence to the resort, depending on the snow.
