http://ScottThom.com Hope everyone is having a great week!!!! We have our first round playoff game tomorrow in Turlock Ca. time to bring it!!!! These two core exercises are great to mix in with your normal routine. Many people ask me if you can work your core everyday. The answer is kinda :) if you are doing the same workout ie 4x100 crunches, your back is going to be in trouble. What I do with my clients, my athletes, and what I have learned interning at Cal Berkeley is that you want to mix up the kind of training. One day do mb exercises, one day planks, one day weighted movements for your core, and so on. This will ensure you training your core in many different facets!
