This is Shen Yun Performing Arts second weekend at the world-famous Radio City Music Hall.

Former ballerina and actor, Rochelle Weithorn, is the founder and artistic director of the Milarepa Children’s Theater and Chorus.

[Rochelle Weithorn, Founder and Artistic Director, Milarepa Children's Theater and Chorus]:
“Yeah it’s bliss, sort of a feeling of bliss. And peace and just happiness I would say.”

She says nothing tops this show.

[Rochelle Weithorn, Founder and Artistic Director, Milarepa Children's Theater and Chorus]:
“And I also loved the beautiful, beautiful costumes, they are amazing. And the color and the way the dancers move. They’re just gorgeous and the scenery is amazing too. So yeah, nothing tops this show.”

She’s not the only theater professional who saw this show.

International producer, director, and actor, Peter Goldfarb, has been in the arts for over 40 years, and is now vice president of UNESCO International Theater Institute.

[Peter Goldfarb, Vice President, UNESCO International Theater Institute]:
“But now I am starting to feel different in my body, from just sitting and watching and exposing myself to the music, and to the sound and to the music, and so on. And I am actually starting to feel more relaxed.”

He says Shen Yun's performers are good ambassadors of Chinese culture.

[Peter Goldfarb, Vice President, UNESCO International Theater Institute]:
“Well I think it’s an excellent opportunity to introduce to people in other countries of the world, some examples of Chinese culture. So from that point of view it’s really very good. And I would consider, the artists are always very great ambassadors for the culture of a particular country”

Shen Yun will perform at Radio City Music Hall until February 21st.
