'Spirit Sky' Painting/Poem Teekamp/Carr extended

Spirit Sky (His Story) An ancient wheel slowly turns over towers of modern babble as I slide gently into sleep. A Dreamscape sky fills my repose with visions of loving redemption. I rest beneath His images and the star of His birth as Man. The Son that He sent down to us watches from Mary’s cherished arms protecting my slumber from fear. Crucifixion crosses in a row remind me of His sacrifice on that day of awful victory. A dove to sing of timeless grace at the side of Holy Spirit mien above my sleeping brow in dreams. Solemn face of Our Father is calm within my drowsing muse of Home. Awareness of unconditioned love eases my mind to wakefulness. I know how I was wrong before, He is not a part of my story but I am always a part of His. Words by Kevin R.
