Lip-Synching Lucy

Sorry for the male voice but I doubt my female impersonating skills are up to the task, so you will just have to bear with my voice until I find an actress.
This is my first attempt at lip-syncing using a real life video for guidance.
I simply video recorded myself and translated my mouth shapes at key points in time to Lucy in seamless.
I found VirtualDub, a simple free movie editing program, very useful for analyzing the frames and the timing.
I will show later in detail how to create these facial animations after the version of Seamless3d I am currently developing is ready to upload.
