Trade Show Tips - Focus On The Customer

While attending the 2010 Landscape Ontario Congress in Toronto last week the biggest takeaway I had was that exhibitors need to focus more on the attendees. The customers can see your banners and displays set up at a trade show, so they have a general idea of what you're all about. The exhibitors don't know much about who the customers are, so that's the first thing they should do - make it about the customer.
