Removing Dust & Speckles from Old Photos

I've got lots of old photos from family members, and they're all plagued with some of the same problems. One of them is those tiny little dust specs and scratches all over the place. In this video we'll use a not-so-common filter in Photoshop to help take care of them in no time flat.
