Q&A: Why don't guys care about our feelings?

Why don't guys care about our feelings? i need help. you see i used to like this guy. but then he started to call me names and make fun of me in front of my peers. my brother is in the same grade as me but he didnt do anything about it. i almost started to cry. why do guys not care???
