BPM-Xchange® tools offer a consistent and efficient approach to migrate Microsoft® Visio®-based business process models to high-end platforms like Oracle® BPA Suite Business Process Architect.
The BPM-X Administrator's "Analyzer for Microsoft® Visio®" smartly analyzes Visio® diagram contents and creates corresponding methodologies. Moreover, the Administrator's Mapping Editor - due to the flexible methodical meta-metamodel of BPM-X - allows to map source methodologies to target methodologies like EPC, VACD, BPMN and also customized ones.
In the next step, the BPM-X Converter employs mapping files as rule sets to translate models from one platform and format to another.
