The George Carlin narration of this episode, which in case you don't know, is taken from a very rare 2-episode Thomas & Friends video (as you can tell by the text at the beginning), which I got for Christmas in 2005.

Sir Topham Hatt's railway is running slow; When Bertie breaks down, Thomas has to collect the passengers for him.
