Hallig Gröde is the smallest constituency in the whole of Germany,and therefore always the first to report its election results.There's no sign of voter disillusionment here. Turnout on the tiny island is usually a hundred percent. There are,after all,only 13 people eligible to vote. Nothing here is quite like it is elsewhere.
