PM PLEDGE TO CUT INEFFICIENCIES

The British Prime Minister, Mr.Gordon Brown, says that as Britain moves into a full economic recovery his Government will invest and grow within sustainable public finances. He said he would “cut inefficiencies” and cut “unnecessary programmes.”
