Farmers worldwide are preparing to harvest their hops. Germany's Hallertau area,the largest hops producing region in the world,produces around a third of the world supply. Though domestic beer consumption is in a slump,hops farmers there aren't worried. But they are still waiting to see whether this year has been a good one for the crop.
