This is exercise #9 in the Lady of America Female Fitness Clubs Total Body Workout series. This exercise is called Side Plank with Abduction. Begin the side plank exercise by laying on your side with feet stacked. Place your elbow under your shoulder with palm down, lift your glutes off the mat and finish with an abduction with your leg.
