नवी दिल्ली: पहलगाम येथील दहशतवादी (Terrror) हल्ल्यानंतर पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींच्या (Narendra modi) निवासस्थानी सीसीएस म्हणजे कॅबिनेट सुरक्षा सेक्युरिटीची बैठक संपन्न झाली. या बैठकीत काश्मीरमधील दहशवाद आणि पाकिस्तान या विषयावर प्रामुख्याने चर्चा झाली असून 5 महत्त्वाचे निर्णय घेण्यात आले आहेत. संरक्षणमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, गृहमंत्री अमित शाह, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सल्लागार अजित डोवाल यांच्यासह परराष्ट्रमंत्री एस. जयशंकर देखील या बैठकीला हजर होते. या बैठकीत वाघा बॉर्डर 1 मे पर्यंत बंद करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. या बैठकीनंतर परराष्ट्र खात्याने पत्रकार परिषद घेऊन घेण्यात आलेल्या निर्णयाची माहिती दिली. त्यानुसार, पाकिस्तानची (Pakistan) पूर्णत: कोंडी करण्यात आली आहे.

00:49The CCS was briefed in detail on the terrorist attack on 22nd April 2025 in Pahlkam in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 25 Indians and one Nepali citizen were killed.
01:05A number of others sustained injuries.
01:10The CCS condemned the attack in the strongest terms and expressed its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and hoped for the early recovery of the injured.
01:22Strong expressions of support and solidarity have been received from many governments around the world, which have unequivocally condemned this terror attack.
01:37The CCS recorded its appreciation for such sentiments, which reflect zero tolerance for terrorism.
01:44In the briefing to the CCS, the cross-border linkages of the terrorist attack were brought out.
01:54It was noted that this attack came in the wake of the successful holding of the elections in the Union Territory
02:02and its steady progress towards economic growth and development.
02:11Recognizing the seriousness of this terrorist attack, the CCS decided upon the following measures.
02:211. The Indus Waters Treaty of 1960 will be held in abeyance with immediate effect
02:28until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably abjures its support for cross-border terrorism.
02:362. The integrated checkpost Atari will be closed with immediate effect.
02:43Those who have crossed over with valid endorsements may return through that route before 1 May 2025.
02:523. Pakistani nationals will not be permitted to travel to India under the SARC Visa Exemption Scheme Visas.
03:04Any SVAS visas issued in the past to Pakistani nationals are deemed cancelled.
03:11Any Pakistani national currently in India under SVAS visa has 48 hours to leave India.
03:184. The Defence, Military, Naval and Air Advisors in the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi
03:27are declared persona non grata.
03:30They have a week to leave India.
03:32India will be withdrawing its own Defence, Navy and Air Advisors
03:37from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad.
03:41These posts in the respective High Commissions are deemed annulled.
03:455. The overall strength of the High Commissions will be brought down to 30 from the present 55
04:03through further reductions to be effected by 1 May 2025.
04:095. The CCS reviewed the overall security situation and directed all forces to maintain high vigil.
04:21It resolved that the perpetrators of this attack will be brought to justice
04:26and their sponsors held to account.
04:28As with the recent extradition of Tahavul Rana,
04:34India will be unrelenting in the pursuit of those who have committed acts of terror
04:40or conspired to hold them, to make them possible.
