00:00Formal na ang sinampahan ng Korte Suprema ng Gross Misconduct Charges.
00:05Si Retired Court of Appeals Associate Justice Isaiah Siddikdikan,
00:09kaugnay ng aligasyong pagkakadawit sa pamangaslang sa abogadong si Joey Luis Uwi noong 2020.
00:16Ayon sa SC, posibleng mapatawan si Siddikdikan ng disbarment at pagkansila sa kanyang retirement pension.
00:23Si Attorney Uwi ay binaril at pinaslang sa gusali ng kanyang law office sa Cebu City noong November 23, 2020.
00:32Binigyan naman si Siddikdikan ng sampung araw para magsumite ng kanyang tugon sa kaso.
00:38The Supreme Court formally charged Retired Court of Appeals Associate Justice Isaiah Siddikdikan
00:45with gross misconduct for his alleged involvement in the murder of Attorney Joey Luis Uwi,
00:51a case which has been endorsed by the NBI to the Cebu City Prosecution Office
