00:00Construction of the processing plant at the Mount Morgan Tailings Processing and Rehabilitation Project is advancing rapidly.
00:11Driven by the strength of our partnerships, we deeply value our partners and extend our gratitude to them as their support has been crucial in launching the construction phase.
00:21A new access road has been constructed to redirect heavy vehicles away from the town centre and the first concrete has been poured.
00:30Significant earthworks are ongoing to prepare material handling areas and a fleet of water trucks is actively suppressing dust on dirt roads during working hours.
00:40A new water treatment plant is nearing commissioning and robotic dozers are on site ready for operations near the open cut pit.
00:49There is much more progress happening but none of this would be possible without our partners.
00:54Above all, we owe a great deal to the Mount Morgan community whose incredible support has been instrumental in getting us this far.
01:04Our key site partner, the Department of Resources, has provided outstanding cooperation along with other key state government departments including Treasury, Environment and Science and Transport and Main Roads.
01:17We are also collaborating with local and Indigenous owned businesses and have received tremendous support from the Rockhampton Regional Council.
01:26Additionally, the Northern Australian Infrastructure Facility, our key finance partner, continues to play a significant role in the project.
01:35While there is still a long journey ahead and many challenges to overcome, we are making great strides and are excited for what lies ahead.
