00:01Alec Baldwin pleaded guilty Wednesday to second-degree harassment and agreed to
00:05attend an anger management program following his November arrest over a
00:08disputed parking space. That's gonna work. All other charges including misdemeanor
00:12attempted assault and harassment against the star were dropped. I would love to
00:17know if anger management actually works. I assume from what I've heard I know
00:22somebody who actually went through it a friend of mine and it is he has to
00:28approach it the same way Casey someone who completes a yeah you are just it's
00:33like the Hulk says in the first Avengers movie I'm always angry right so it's
00:38how you handle it there's just a compulsion angle to anger that I don't
00:44think it lends itself to something like an alcohol or drug problem I mean like it
00:50like people have completed that go somewhere to get your alcohol your drugs
00:54you know like my friend says it it it helps it has helped him mitigate his
00:59anger okay yeah um you have to kind of have a a bit of an aha moment and now it
01:06may happen in anger management you have to see them in concert or you just see one

01:48you know anger junkie or monster but but everybody has their moments but over just actually the first
01:55week of this year I had a moment of clarity yes and I have been so much happier ever since

02:27what do you gain by it I asked my the question myself why are you so mad yeah and you know what
02:32a lot of times when I was answering the question to myself I was the root of the problem yes like
02:38I'm like you're you're mad because you're jealous of that individual because of they they got this
02:44and you didn't it may be something that simple I'm like and that's stupid wow what an aha moment for

03:20called the serenity prayer which if you can remember at the time that it is most needed to
03:26recite it and you may have to say it over and over and over and over again it works it does god grant
03:32me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change the courage to change the things I can and
03:37the wisdom to know the difference and if that doesn't work for me see but well that's it might work
