National Artist and Philippine cinema icon Nora Aunor was laid to rest on Monday, April 22, at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City following a state funeral attended by family, friends, and supporters who came together to honor her legacy.

Among those who paid tribute to the Superstar was acclaimed director Joel Lamangan, who delivered a heartfelt message during the necrological service at the Metropolitan Theater in Manila.
