00:00I'm Holstein and this is Arthur from Naples. Arthur, okay. Arthur would like to know about your views and how we can solve the insurance issues in Florida and how we can do that with that.
00:17Alright, so when it comes to insurance, I think what the government has put the statements, excuse me, a couple years ago, they went through some iterations of tort reform.
00:27I know the governor came out and stated that some of the insurance carriers are going to level off their premiums or drop some of them.
00:36I will tell you, when I was in the State House, I chaired that committee. One of the things I think that needs to be done from Florida's perspective is we have to examine how reinsurance, we have to examine capital requirements of both the front line carriers and the reinsurance companies.
00:52Theoretically, if you're talking insurance, not specific to Florida's in the market, you want them to try to find ways for the carriers to be able to operate and keep the claims because nobody wants an insurance policy that it gets canceled on.
01:04That's not an insurance policy at all. It's a piece of paper. And I'm saying it to somebody who's got his insurance canceled twice. So that's happening to me too.
01:11So what we have to get to, it might be on the floor, it's a system where the front line carriers just don't write policy. And then the second side of that is when claims occur, when claims do occur, when people really won't want anything else, it's sort of the payments to be made in pocket.
01:26And so this is something if justices should have an attribute and stuff like that, um, carriers essentially, I think that's what I'm doing.
01:33Thank you, everyone.
01:41What happened?

01:51What happened?
01:53The Palestinians have voted for Hamas, and they have not been even meant to remove Hamas.
02:16So if you want to have a shoddy match up with me, let's have a shoddy match up with that.
02:20The truth is, is that Hamas held elections one time, one time, and they never held elections again, because they would prefer to be the Palestinian people under their boots. So if you're going to ask who has one of their hands, it is Hamas, and it is the people that empower them to be redeemed in Iran. That's the truth.
02:38So who would like to put you on a shower with us?
02:42Next question.
02:48Marcy is going to wait a lot.
02:49Marcy is going to wait a lot.

03:06Marcy.
03:06Like I said, if you want to, if you want to have a disagreement, let's have a disagreement.
03:10But when you're gonna stand and yell and disrespect everybody in this room, because you think you're being heard, and let's be clear.
03:15We're not.
03:16Let's be clear.
03:17You are not.
03:18The clear with you guys now.
03:20And you're being disrespectful.
03:20You ma'am, you are really disrespectful.
03:22And I wanna respect you, and I will honor the fact that you are here, trying to get answers, but if
03:30you're gonna hold this sin up and be disrespectful, then that's time for you to be on the move.
03:33We know that.
03:34You can leave.
03:36Because you are just in front of every night that's in the building.
03:40He's trying to have family members who are not in the United States.
03:43They did not come in here to be yellow, man.
03:45They didn't come here for a lot.
03:49You can leave.
03:50Okay, first of all, we're going to see people.
03:52Mercy, get people.
03:53Mercy.
03:54I'm going to see you guys here.
03:56I'm going to see you guys here.
03:58I'm going to see you guys here.
04:00I'm not me.
04:02Put the bomb out of here.
04:04Ma'am, you are being disrespectful.
04:07We laid the rules out at the beginning of this event.
04:10You are being rude and disrespectful.
04:12You are not the only person who has a bunch of you in this room.
04:16And if you were against, then I would respond in time.
04:20Because if you have to be disrespectful of people, you don't get to take over your own.
04:24I'm sorry, but you don't.
04:26Do you want me to take over your own?
04:31So why are you from April's?
04:33We're wondering why you and Congress are not addressing petty funding to USA,
04:40which has affected two patrons in your district.
04:43There is no food at the center in the USA.
04:47So specifically the USAID.
04:49The problem with USAID is that there are many, many programs that are actually against American officials.
04:58And so like I said earlier, when...
05:00Free, free, Palestine!
05:02Free, free, Palestine!
05:04Free, free, Palestine!
05:05For Gaza!
05:06For Gaza!
05:08You know the sad part of all that is?
05:13Is...
05:14In Gaza, she will not be allowed to be so proposed.
05:21Because in Gaza, Hamas will either bludgeon her or worse.
05:31That's a fact.
05:33So, if we're going to be respectful, let's be respectful.
05:38Now, USAID, because that was the question.
05:42On USAID, the problem that we have is that in USAID we have programs that go against the interests of the United States for our policy.
05:50USAID has funded NGOs all across the globe.
05:54Nobody knows what these NGOs do.
05:56Obviously people hear about the parts of the NGOs that feed food pantries, etc.
06:01But let's be very clear.
06:03A lot of what happens in USAID is against the national interests of the United States of America.
06:08So USAID deserves a full and thorough amount of all of the money that is spent.
06:14And as I said earlier, how it works is, Congress has been derelict of its duty.
06:19Congress has given authority to USAID, blanket authority, to write grants however they choose.
06:25And Congress is not going back to have actually reviewed what USAID has done.
06:31So it is a good thing that the President of the United States and Secretary Rubio are examining USAID to the fullest.
06:38It's easy to learn and shouldn't have been talking about it.
