Women in Maharashtra stepping into wells to fetch water amid acute water crisis in Yavatmal

Women of the area face hardships in their quest to get the water for their daily uses amid the water crisis. In a tribal village named Koregaon Pardhi Beda, women are forced to wander deep into the forest to fetch water. In their desperate attempt to collect water, these women are risking their lives by climbing down into wells.
