00:00Assalamu alaikum everyone. Today we're going to teach you how to tie a turban
00:04Naqshbandi style. First thing we want to do is get a taj and a turban cloth. We
00:09can get it at smcmerch.com. First thing we want to do to note about the cloth is
00:15that as soon as we get the cloth you know it's kind of the materials kind of
00:18tough. So what we need to do is take this and put it in water overnight and it'll
00:24it'll drain that it'll take out the dye and then by the next morning it'll
00:28become soft. So then once we do that then the next day we can dry it and we can
00:33iron the cloth. Once we have the cloth ironed now we're going to fold it. Take
00:39it from corner to corner and we're going to keep folding it until the length the
00:44width is going to be around three finger widths. Now what we're gonna do is once
00:52it's folded now we're going to roll it. When the cloth is all rolled up it makes
00:57it much easier to tie it and at the same time the cloth isn't on the ground.
01:08So once we roll it up this is exactly how it's gonna look and now it's gonna
01:12make it very easy for us to tie the turban. So we're gonna go counter
01:17clockwise as taught to us by our shakes and we're gonna go from right to left so
