U.S. officials say a Chineses company provided cutting-edge satellite imagery to Yemen's Houthi militants. The Financial Times reports that the company provided intelligence used to target U.S. warships in the Red Sea.

00:07The U.S. State Department said Changguang Satellite Technology, which has links to China's military,
00:12provided the Iran-backed Houthis with satellite imagery for attacks on U.S. warships and international
00:18commercial vessels in the Red Sea.
00:21The U.S. has since retaliated against the Houthis with multiple airstrikes to keep the
00:24critical shipping routes open.
00:26A U.S. official also said Beijing ignored Washington's concerns about the Chinese firm's actions
00:32during a private meeting.
00:34China has not responded.
