Onboard, April 18, 2025 (ANI): While speaking on the Murshidabad violence West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose said that services of the Red Cross has been requested. He said, “…I'll be going to the rehabilitation camps in Malda. I have also requested the services of the Red Cross. They are distributing whatever is required there because the Red Cross is an international organisation that can even operate in war zones. We'll certainly mobilise all resources to bring relief and succour to the affected people...”

00:32if need be, get volunteers from other districts also.
00:36We are also in touch with the national headquarters of the Red Cross.
