00:29It's the state that shall continue with the state patrolling and police prickets
00:32to make sure that none of these incidents take place in future.
00:37It's the Calcutta High Court which has put the onus on the state government
00:40and they are now asking the state government to make sure that they stand behind the people,
00:45all those people who have been affected by these heinous riots.
00:49My colleague Suryagini is now joining me on the story.
00:52Suryagini, we have seen over the past few days, it's the Calcutta High Court
00:55that has stepped in and with regards to that, they are now asking the state government
01:00to make sure that they stand behind the people, all those people who have been affected by violence.
01:05Well, absolutely, Ashwarya.
01:07And the Calcutta High Court has categorically mentioned that police picketting needs to be there
01:11and make sure that, you know, a situation like what happened last week
01:15shall never be repeated and people should be rehabilitated.
01:18The Calcutta High Court also stated that, you know, the onus is on the state to make sure that, you know,
01:26the law and order is completely perfect.
01:29There was a request for an NIA investigation, but the Calcutta High Court has not given any,
01:36you know, has denied that for now.
01:38And what the Calcutta High Court has stated categorically is
01:42that the state has to make sure that the situation remains, you know, peaceful
01:47and the people who had left get back to their houses and, you know, they are rehabilitated.
01:54Up to you.
01:54Now, in the state of West Bengal, there is a big war that we are seeing taking place
02:11between the Bengal Governor on one side and the Chief Minister on the other side
02:15and all this with regards to the violence that took place in Murshidabad.
02:19West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had urged the Governor, C.V. Ananda Bose,
02:23to postpone his proposed visit to Murshidabad.
02:26Now, this is the district which recently was rocked by communal clashes
02:30over the newly enacted WAF amendment law.
02:33Despite Mamata Banerjee's request, the Governor said that he intends to visit the district
02:37to see what exactly is happening on the ground.
02:40This came after Mamata Banerjee announced that a special investigative team, an SIT,
02:45will now look at the violence that took place in Murshidabad.
02:48She also promised to rebuild the houses of the victims who were impacted by the riots.
02:52TMC MP Arub Biswa slammed the state police, alleging that they have taken shelter under
02:57Trinamul Congress only to earn money not to serve the nation.
03:00I am going to the field to see for myself the realities in the field.
03:07Only then I will be able to make up my mind on the future course of action
03:12and give reports to whoever is concerned to implement things.
03:16I will certainly have an objective view about the matter.
03:20And now that the central forces are also there, situation has been brought under control.
03:25Now what we should do is to do the moping of our operation
03:29and also take further steps to prevent such instances in future.
03:35My field visit is basically meant to understand what has happened in the field
03:39and also to make up my mind based on realities of the situation.

06:05Tensions remain high in West Bengal's Mushitabad district, but the state government claims that the worst is behind them.
06:28A report has been submitted to the Calcutta High Court detailing the entire situation and the response that was given by the state government.
06:41As the dust begins to settle in Mushitabad, the West Bengal government has told the Calcutta High Court that law and order is under control following the recent violence and over 300 arrests have been made.
06:54As per the Bengal government, the unrest began on April 11th during a protest against the Wakf Amendment Act.
07:04Police initially used non-lethal methods, but as the situation worsened, they opened fire in self-defense.
07:12To restore calm, the government deployed additional forces from the BSF, CRPF and West Bengal Police.
07:18Relief measures are also underway.
07:2210,000 rupees in aid has been given to 160 victims in Shamsherganj.
07:2938 displaced families have returned home.
07:32Normalcy is slowly returning.
07:35Government offices and local markets are open.
07:38And around 40% of shops have resumed business.
07:41They came big, just like the UNIAP, and all the protesters in the border.
07:47The judge has not given it.
07:48The CIA has not given it.
07:50The people say, they all come from the central force, they won't give it anything.

08:07Meanwhile, opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari has called for an NIA probe into the violence.
08:23Union Minister Sukanta Majundar on Thursday met with Governor C.V. Ananda Bose to discuss the situation.
08:31Majundar also met with the victims of the unrest to assess the damage first hand.
08:37With Murshidabad inching back towards normalcy, the government faces the challenge of maintaining peace
09:06while navigating rising political heat.
09:10Bureau Report, India Today.
09:11Just a few days after the central government passed the WAF Amendment Act, a delegation from the Daudi Bhora community met Prime Minister Narendi Modi
09:23and they expressed their gratitude and thanked Prime Minister Modi for the recently enacted WAF Amendment Act 2025.
09:30The community said that this is a long-pending demand.
09:33They have reposed faith in Prime Minister's vision of Sapka Saad, Sapka Swikas and Sapka Vishwas.
09:38Prime Minister Modi said one of the main motivations came from the complaints that the government got from the Muslim women.
09:45Prime Minister Modi also told them that after the 2019 Lok Sabha victory, there were close to 2,000 complaints that they got from the Muslims
09:52and they were majorly from women and daughters seeking justice against the alleged land grabbing that was being done by the WAF Board.
09:59Prime Minister Modi
10:29With them, there is a lot of uncertainty with them.
10:34We have to try that they don't get any of them.
10:37This is not a night-night.
10:39We have tried everything for 5 years.
10:44The Privy Council has enacted this act for minority protection.
10:48But all of you have enacted this act for minority protection,
10:54but for minority within minority.
10:58It is indeed a very strong step for the way forward.
11:07Thank you very much for it, sir.
11:09You have guided us.
11:11For more than 100 years, we need to do any work on this path.
11:15We are trying to do it on that path.
11:17I am very grateful to you that you have given this bill
11:22and a very small bill that is coming.
11:28The Supreme Court has said that the Central Work Council and the State Work Boards will not be constituted.
11:35Work by user cannot be deleted.
11:39Now, there are other provisions also which we as a party have come to the Honorable Supreme Court
11:45that calling it unconstitutional.
11:47Now, whenever it will be heard, our council Mr. Izam Pasha on behalf of me will be arguing it.
11:56As you know very well that during the deliberations of the Joint Working Committee, I have given a Dyson report opposing all the amendments that were proposed by the government.
12:08Today, the Supreme Court has given the Interim Interim Interim Interim Interim Interim Interim Interim.
12:17The Supreme Court has given us that it is good for us.
12:19It is good for us.
12:20It is good for us.
12:21It is good for us.
12:22It is good for us.
12:23The Supreme Court has given us that it is good for us.
12:24It is good for us.
12:25It is good for us.
12:26It is good for us.
12:28The Supreme Court has given us that we are in the seat of the Court.
12:30What happens now is that the state should be homes, which we will be a part of, which is not a good goal in the Corpus.
12:31They are in the state and we are in the district, we are in the state of the Court here.
12:36So, this is our situation.
12:38We can think of our political situation.
12:41What happens is we can't say.
12:45But for the situation, we have a great way.
13:06Now, after slapping China with 245 percent tariffs,
13:17it's U.S. President Donald Trump who's talking about striking the deal with China now.
13:21Trump says that he's thinking that he may make a very good deal with China.
13:25Now, all this comes in the backdrop of the growing trade battle that we are seeing
13:29happening between China and the United States of America.
13:32Beijing recently offered airlines not to take further deliveries from Boeing company jets,
13:37marking the latest salvo against Trump's decision to levy very heavy taxes on Chinese imports,
13:44this up to 145 percent.
13:46China has also warned that it is not afraid of a trade war with the United States of America
13:51and said that equality and respect and mutual benefit should take place between both the nations.
13:56The trade standoff has triggered global market instability.
14:00Equity markets in Asia, Europe and U.S., they have witnessed a sharp decline.
14:05There's also a fear that there could be a slowing of economic growth globally
14:09and there could be rising inflation that we could see.
14:13Well, you think there won't be a trade deal?
14:16Very much. They want to make one very, very much.
14:19And we're going to make a trade deal.
14:21I fully expect it, but it'll be a fair deal.
14:24Are they on your priority list?
14:27Everybody's on my priority list.
14:28Our top market and economic expert, Ruchish Sharma, spoke with News Director Rahul Kaval
14:34on what the future of this war looks like.
14:37This is a war taking place between the U.S. and China.
14:40Listen in.
14:42This first term, the tariffs went up very slightly.
14:45The average effective tariff rate in America went up, I think, from 1 percent to 2.5 percent,
14:50mainly directed at China, the average effective tariff rate.
14:53I think under this presidency, there is a base case that you can take that the average tariff rate is going to be about 10 percent,
15:01which is still a significant shift.
15:03But it's nowhere near the average of 25-30 percent type tariff rates that he has spoken about
15:08in that famous April 9th announcement.
15:11Liberation Day, of course, was earlier, but April 9th was when it got all implemented.
15:16That was the peak shock day.
15:18Those tariffs, we woke up in the morning, those tariffs were there until he unbounded that very day.
15:24So I think that's where we're going to be at, which is that we saw peak tariffs on April 9th.
15:29And we know what the base is, which is that we're not going back to the 2.5 percent world either.
15:35He's trying for something in the middle.
15:37The only risk with the strategy is of an accident happening, because you're playing in some way a big gamble out here.
15:42What could this accident be?
15:43China.
15:44I think that's what's the real worry, which is that his sort of strategy is that, you know,
15:49and this comes from a bit of hubris about America as well,
15:52which I think permeates both the parties out there at the top, that, you know,
15:58we are the world's largest economy, we are the world's largest customer,
16:01where else will people go, where else will the money go, they have to come to us, right?
16:05So he's got that basic assumption.
16:08The biggest mistake that can happen here and lead to an accident is if China says,
16:14fine, you want to play this hardball, so will we.
16:18We are not going to come and negotiate with you.
16:20So that is where the danger happened, because he wants a deal with China.
16:24He wants the negotiations to happen, where he gets a deal with China
16:27and show, you know, that they punish China to some extent,
16:30but at the end of the day, he wants some deal to happen.
16:34He seems to also be getting frustrated that China isn't coming to the negotiating table just yet.
16:40It's impossible to say for sure, but what's your best sense?
16:43Does Xi Jinping plan to hold out, or is he also just playing double bluff?
16:48Well, it's impossible to know this, as I said, but I think that in terms of the fact that already what China has done,
16:54I think it's gone a bit against their calculations.
16:57That's the accident, which has sort of happened.
17:00Therefore, the nervousness in the markets, because even if you look at what happened,
17:03it's a very telling sign, which is that when he announced that tariffs on Liberation Day,
17:08the first reaction was bad, but not a panic.
17:10The real panic set in when China decided to retaliate.
17:14All the other countries in the world said we will wait to retaliate, we will negotiate.
17:18The moment China said we are retaliating, that's when the fear came in that maybe an accident here could happen.
17:25So I think that that's really the big risk out here.
17:27Yes, that's coming in from the United States of America.
17:36It's President Donald Trump who's now sharpened his attack against Harvard University.
17:41Donald Trump says Harvard has been abusing the tax exemption status that it has caught.
17:46Harvard, this is a disgrace.
17:49United States is now mulling foreign students' ban in Harvard.
17:52Donald Trump has said that Harvard has been abusing the tax exemption that it has been getting from the government.
18:02I think Harvard's a disgrace.
18:04I think what they did was a disgrace.
18:07They're obviously anti-Semitic and all of a sudden they're starting to behave.
18:12But when you see where they, what they were saying, what they were doing,
18:17when you see the way they took care of events,
18:20when you watch that woman, that horrendous president that ruined the image of Harvard,
18:26maybe permanently, in Congress, in the halls of Congress,
18:30when you take a look at what happened there, it was horrific.
18:37And, you know, I've looked at a lot having to do with it.
18:41I'm not involved in it being handled by lawyers.
18:44I read about it just like you did.
18:47But tax-exempt status, I mean, it's a privilege.
18:50It's really a privilege.
18:52And it's been abused by a lot more than Harvard.
18:55By a lot more than Harvard.
18:56So, we'll see how that all works out.
18:59My colleague Shivani Sharma is now joining me on this story.
19:02Shivani, we are now seeing it is Donald Trump who's asking questions of the Harvard University
19:08and saying that it is the Harvard University which has been abusing the tax exemption that it has been getting.
19:15Aishwarya, we've seen that this fight between the United States president and the Harvard University
19:21has been escalating in the past few weeks with similar statements that have been coming in from President Trump.
19:26And in a fresh attack now, he's threatened the university of cancelling its status of getting all those tax exemptions.
19:34He also called it a joke.
19:35He called it a disgrace.
19:36So, these kind of remarks that are coming from the United States president, Donald Trump,
19:41they show that there is a tension between the president and the university.
19:47And he's also questioning a number of recruitments that are being done,
19:51the hiring process that has been done on high fees.
19:56So, this is what he's saying that Harvard can no longer be considered even a decent place of learning.
20:01And it should not be considered.
20:03And he has threatened that the funds and the tax evasion that it has been getting can be stopped.
20:11Right. Thank you, Shivani, giving us those details.
20:13It's U.S. President Donald Trump who's now trading his guns at the Harvard University.
20:18More news coming in from the United States of America.
20:29Two people have been killed and five have been injured.
20:32There is a shooting that took place at Florida State University campus.
20:36The campus is now in lockdown.
20:38A gunman opened fire, killing at least two people, injuring five others, prompting a campus lockdown.
20:44There were chaotic evacuation scenes everywhere to be seen.
20:48U.S. President Donald Trump said that this is terrible and he has promised that he will protect the Second Amendment.
20:53I'm going to have to look. I'm a big advocate of the Second Amendment.
21:06I have been from the beginning. I protected it.
21:09And these things are terrible.
21:11But the gun doesn't do the shooting.
21:15The people do.
21:16It's, you know, a phrase that's used probably too often.
21:19I will tell you that it's a shame.
21:23I'm just hearing about it now.
21:25I just hear about it.
21:27I know the area very well.
21:28I know the school very well.
21:29I know everything about it.
21:30It's Florida.
21:32And we'll have more to say about it later.
21:34I'll have to see what happens.
21:34Now, ever since Donald Trump took over as the President of the United States of America, Elon Musk has had his hands full.
21:44He's also said that there should be cost-cutting in the government.
21:47But the one thing that he's not cut down on is making babies.
21:50In fact, the world's richest man, who's also the father of 14 children, often reaches out to women or necks and say that he wants to have babies in a bid to grow his legion, according to a report.
22:04Move over Mars mission.
22:08Elon Musk's latest plan might just be to colonize the Earth.
22:12One crib at a time.
22:16According to a Wall Street Journal report, the billionaire tech mogul has been using his Platform X to scout potential moms, even floating the idea of using surrogates to hit legion-level baby numbers.
22:30According to Wall Street Journal, Musk has been actively trying to address what he sees as an existential threat to humanity, declining birth rates.
22:42In a bid to seed the planet with what he sees as high-intelligence offspring, the tech mogul has reportedly made private arrangements with several women, offering his sperm, using surrogates, and striking secretive deals to keep his personal life out of public view.
23:02Among these women was Las Vegas-born cryptocurrency influencer, Tiffany Fong.
23:10According to Wall Street Journal, Musk privately messaged Fong, asking if she could consider having his child.
23:17The proposal stunned her, especially since they had never met in person.
23:24While Fong admitted to being flattered and fully aware of the risks of turning down someone with Musk's power and reach, she still declined.
23:32Influencer Ashley Sinclair, who claimed to give birth to Musk's 13th child, says she was offered $15 million with one condition.
23:47Keep his name off the birth certificate.
23:50When she did not, the baby bonus shrank.
23:53Musk has fathered at least 14 children with four known women, including artist Grimes and Neuralink executive Siobhan Zilis.
24:05But sources say the real number could be higher.
24:08That's one big family tree.
24:11And it's still growing.
24:13This isn't just personal.
24:15It's political.
24:17Musk is now leading the US Department of Government Efficiency under President Trump.
24:22He's streamlining everything, including fatherhood.
24:27From launching rockets to launching a legacy, Elon Musk seems set on populating both planets and playpens.
24:36Whether it's Mars colonies or Musk cradles, one thing's clear.
24:42This billionaire's baby boom is anything but business as usual.

29:45News that's coming in from the state of West Bengal.
30:08Now a big battle taking place between Mamata Banerjee on one side and the governor on the other side.
30:15Governor Bose has said that this is a politically churned remark which has been made on the BSF.
30:20Now we are seeing cancerous growth and this growth of violence is taking place in the state of West Bengal.
30:28The chief minister, Mamata Banerjee, did not request me to delay the visit.
30:32So these are statements coming in from the governor of the state of West Bengal, Siri Anand Davos.
30:36We are seeing a full blown war taking place between chief minister Mamata Banerjee and the governor.
30:41See the elected chief minister and the governor having different perspectives on the same issue is natural in democracy.
30:57The chief minister has not made any such request to me.
31:02But I am told that she has made it in a press conference or so.
31:07It's okay.
31:09See that's a request.
31:11The request of my esteemed constitutional colleague will be given all the respect and seriousness it deserves.
31:18Now, having said it, I am going to the field.
31:23There is a situation where I as governor has a role to play, an important role to play.
31:31You know, my first duty, you know, the oath which I am taking as governor.
31:36First part is the governor will defend the constitution of India.
31:41The second part is I will work for the well-being of the people of the state.
31:46So, when there is dire distress in the field, I have to be with them.
31:52My colleague Suryagini is now joining me on the story.
31:55Suryagini, it's a big war that we are seeing playing out in front of our eyes.
31:58The governor on one side saying that a request personally has not been made to me.
32:03But Mamata Banerjee has made the request in a press conference.
32:06Mamata Banerjee on the other side saying that the state is doing everything possible to calm the situation down.
32:11Well, that's right, Ashwarya.
32:16And, you know, the governor is scheduled to visit Murshidabad and Malda today.
32:21In the second half, what we do know is that, you know, he'll be boarding a train and he'll land in Malda.
32:30And he'll be visiting the Bushrab Nagar camp over there.
32:34Now, this comes in the middle of the war of words that we have seen between political parties and even the state's chief minister making a public appeal to the governor to not visit Malda and Murshidabad,
32:46especially at this particular juncture when, you know, she thinks that any political personality going over there can, you know, destabilize the situation.
32:57The situation has been brought under control and it has to be kept like that.
33:00That's what the state thinks.
33:01The governor, on the other hand, he's told us on record that no such, you know, personal request has been made to the governor from the CM's end.
33:12And he will be coming today. It has to be seen how the day pans out and, you know, what are the initial reactions of the governor after he visits and meets the people who have faced, you know, harsh times.
33:24Back to you.
33:25So, Ragini, please stay on with me. We've got some more news coming in from the state of West Bengal now.
33:30It's a massive governor versus the chief minister battle that we are seeing playing out in front of our eyes in the state of West Bengal and all this over the violence that took place in Murshidabad.
33:39West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had requested Governor C.V. Ananda Bose to postpone his visit to Murshidabad, the Bengal district, which was recently rocked by communal clashes with regards to the newly enacted Work Amendment Act.
33:55Despite Mamata Banerjee's request, the governor said that he intends to visit the district and he will for himself see what the ground situation is.
34:03Now, this came after Mamata Banerjee announced a special investigative team, that is an SIT, which will probe the Murshidabad violence.
34:10She also promised to rebuild the houses of the victims, all those people who have been badly impacted by the riots.
34:16On the other side, Aroop Biswas has slammed state police, alleging that they took shelter under the Trinamul Congress only because they want to earn money and they do not want to serve the nation.
34:26On the other side, it was the Calcutta High Court that has now directed the state government to make sure that they stand by the people of Murshidabad, those who have been badly affected by the violence.
34:36It was the High Court that stepped in and said it was the duty of the state to ensure all those who have been asked to leave their homes, whose houses have been damaged, all of them should now receive cooperation from the state.
34:48They also said the state shall also continue with the police patrolling in these areas.
35:18The authorities and the Department of Kuzshira made the garbage czar avoids behind the border.
35:33For those arrested and forced to impeccable bail not particularly they have done anything to follow, which is important for these who are hired by the officers also linked to the officers and the policial team.
35:39Please wait a few days more.
35:42There was a state women's commission that she wanted.
35:46The following Horat Thiraman said, please just wait a few days more.
35:50How many days?
35:51I don't believe this is coming from the government.
35:54I don't believe it, I don't believe it.
35:56I don't believe it, but I'm not trying to make this happen.
36:02I don't believe it.
36:04But it's coming from the 2nd house.
36:08.
36:23.
36:25.
36:28.
36:29.

37:32We will talk more about the people in the middle of the street.
37:38We will talk more than 800 people.
37:43We will go to Shivir, we will talk to them.
37:50We will talk more about them.
37:56We will talk more about them.
37:59We will talk more about them.
38:04After that, Aayog will make their report.
38:09There was an incident here.
38:12There was a lot of Aayog here.
38:14But after that, there was no big action.
38:17You will give a big action.
38:22My colleague Suryagini is now joining me on the story.
38:24Suryagini, we are also seeing how there is a full-blown battle that is taking place.
38:28With regards to the victims also now, it is the Mamata Banerjee government, TMC, which is saying that they are doing everything possible.
38:35But if we look at a larger picture, now we are seeing the BJP, even the Calcutta High Court, both of them pointing fingers at the TMC and saying that enough was not done to protect the victims.
38:45Absolutely.
38:46There have been these allegations and counter-allegations from the political parties.
38:52But we saw the Calcutta High Court's order that the state has to do everything to rehabilitate the people who had left their houses, whose houses were vandalized.
39:04And, you know, we spoke to so many of them last afternoon itself in Dhulia and in Murshidabad.
39:11And all these people, they claim that, you know, what they want are very simple things.
39:16They want police protection, be it central police or state police.
39:20And they want that, you know, a situation is developed in a way so that such kind of an incident that happened a week back is never repeated.
39:27Back to you.
39:29Thank you, Sriragani, giving us those details.
39:31My colleague also pointed out that at the moment, the idea is to make sure that tensions are somehow calmed.
39:36But in various places, we are still seeing small incidents taking place.
39:40With regards to Bengal's Murshidabad district, the state government, however, is claiming that the worst is behind them.
39:46In fact, a report has been submitted to the Calcutta High Court detailing the situation and the state's response.
39:52As the dust begins to settle in Murshidabad, the West Bengal government has told the Calcutta High Court
40:03that law and order is under control following the recent violence and over 300 arrests have been made.
40:12As per the Bengal government, the unrest began on April 11th during a protest against the Wakf Amendment Act.
40:19Police initially used non-lethal methods, but as the situation worsened, they opened fire in self-defense.
40:27To restore calm, the government deployed additional forces from the BSF, CRPF and West Bengal Police.
40:34Relief measures are also underway.
40:3710,000 rupees in aid has been given to 160 victims in Shamshirganj.
40:4438 displaced families have returned home.
40:47Normalcy is slowly returning.
40:50Government offices and local markets are open.
40:53And around 40% of shops have resumed business.
40:56Did not become an injury to train, but the judge cannot ban the CBI cannot not ban theospace.
41:06Anywno do that need?!
41:07Than people asked to give all the people to this society in a whole way..
41:11Meanwhile, opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari has called for an NIA probe into the violence.
41:37Union Minister Sukanta Majundar on Thursday met with Governor C.V. Ananda Bose to discuss the situation.
41:47Majundar also met with the victims of the unrest to assess the damage firsthand.
41:54My job as governor is to be an effective link between the center and the state.
42:00The request that is made by the people will certainly be taken up with the appropriate authorities at the appropriate level.
42:05When the chief minister is the state, who is the head of the police, who is the head of the Home Department,
42:11if they have said something, will they be able to say something?
42:15With Murshidabad inching back towards normalcy, the government faces the challenge of maintaining peace while navigating rising political heat.
42:25Bureau Report, India Today.
42:27Now, just days after the central government passed the WAF Amendment Act,
42:35a delegation from the Daudi Bhoora community met Prime Minister Narendra Modi
42:39and expressed their gratitude for the recently enacted WAF Amendment Act 2025.
42:45People from the community call this a long-pending demand.
42:47They also reposed faith in Prime Minister's vision of Sabka Saad, Sabka Vishwaas, Sabka Vikas.
42:54Prime Minister Modi also said that one of the main motivators for this reform came from the complaints that the government got from Muslim women.
43:01Prime Minister Modi stated that after the Bharti Janata Party won the 2019 Lok Sabha elections,
43:06there were close to 2,000 complaints that they got from the Muslims.
43:09Now, most of them came from women and from daughters and they were seeking justice against the alleged land-grabbing that was being done by the WAF Board.
43:18Prime Minister Modi
43:48With them, there is also a lot of uncertainty with them.
43:52We are trying to get them to get them.
43:56This is not a night-night.
43:58We have tried everything for 5 years.
44:03The Privy Council has enacted this act for minority protection.
44:07But all of you have enacted this act for minority protection,
44:13but for minority within minority.
44:17This is a very strong step.
44:22It is indeed a very strong step for the way forward.
44:26Thank you very much for it, sir.
44:28You have guided us.
44:30You should have done some work for 100 years in the future.
44:33We are trying to do it on that path.
44:36I am very grateful for you.
44:39You have given this bill and such a very small bill,
44:43which are coming.
44:45Thank you very much.
44:46The Supreme Court has said that the Central Work Council
44:50and the State Work Boards will not be constituted.
44:53Work by user cannot be deleted.
44:57Now there are other provisions also,
45:00which we as a party have come to the Honorable Supreme Court
45:04that calling it unconstitutional.
45:07Now whenever it will be heard, our council, Mr. Izam Pasha, on behalf of me will be arguing it.
45:16As you know very well that during the deliberations of the Joint Working Committee,
45:22I have given a Dyson report opposing all the amendments that were proposed by the government.
45:27The Supreme Court has given us, which was good for us.
45:29The Supreme Court has given us.
45:30The Supreme Court has given us.
45:31The interim stage was given us.
45:34The Supreme Court has given us.
45:36We have had a commitment,
45:38Which is the reason why we have done it.
45:39The Supreme Court has given us.
45:40We have a commitment to undertaking, that in any kind of way there will not be any result,
45:48nor the title, nor the land will be taken away, nor the board will be taken away.
45:54So, this is our situation, one of our other things we can say.
46:00What will happen in the future will not be said, but in the future, there is a great road.
46:10News that's coming in at the moment.
46:15Malayalam film actress Vinci has now filed a complaint with the film chamber
46:19against co-actor Shiny Tom.
46:22He allegedly misbehaved on the set while under the influence of alcohol.
46:27Vinci has filed a complaint with the film chamber
46:29and the film industry's internal complaint committee.
46:32It is Bollywood actor who has dropped the harassment bombshell.
46:36Revealed lewd behavior by co-star on the set,
46:39Vinci in her complaint has said that her co-star was high on drugs
46:43and misbehaved with her.
46:44The co-star insisted on fixing her dress.
47:09He also had a great job in the film.
47:11It was a very good thing with the films and the producers.
47:15The film is located in the moment.
47:17The film is located in the moment.
47:19When the producers were in the moment,
47:21they made an early film,
47:23which the film were a great fan of the film.
47:25The film is the most popular thing.
47:27My colleague Shibimol Keji is now joining me on the story. Shibimol, if you can tell us what's the current status of the complaint that has been filed.
47:52It's a harassment complaint which is being filed by Vinci.
47:57Well, there's no update as such on where the complaint stands because the day before yesterday was when she filed the complaint and the complaint was filed in the film chamber as well as the internal complaint cell of her movie where she worked with this actor called Shinetown Chako.
48:17You know, yesterday she expressed a disappointment in the name of the actor coming out.
48:24It was earlier when she revealed, when she spoke about the incident in the video, she's not in the actor and she's not in the board complaining of, you know, filing a formal complaint.
48:35But later she filed a complaint with this movie association. But the name had come out of the actor and Vinci came out harshly criticizing those behind, you know, revealing this name, leaking out this name to the media and the public saying that, you know, this is not the right way to do it.
48:55There are many people are associated with the film. There are many people who are making films with this particular actor.
49:01Now, all of it will be affected just because the name has come out. This is very unprofessional.
49:06And, you know, the concern that I had is, it's not shown by others who are the ones who are controlling this industry as a whole, is what she says.
49:16But, you know, there have been checks being conducted in the last many days, in the last many months in connection with the anti-drug campaign.
49:26And yesterday, actor shined in one of the hotels where actor shined on Chako was saying there was a raid conducted and there's a CCTV footage that has shown that the actor had run away from the hotel when the narcotics control team had reached that hotel.
49:43So, you know, her revelation had caused a lot of, you know, a lot of issues, a lot of discussions, a lot of discussions about the use of drugs in the movie, in the film industry and also especially on the movies and how safe are the actors, especially the female actors working in the film industry.
50:02Thank you, Shibim Bol, giving us those details. Questions definitely being asked about how safe are women working in the film industry.
50:08Moving now to the state of Tamil Nadu. Now, just a few days ago, it was the AIA-DMK and the BJP that had announced their alliance for the upcoming state elections amid a lot of fanfare.
50:23But now AIA-DMK has said that there will be no coalition government.
50:27Just a few days ago, it was Home Minister Amit Shah who was in Chennai and the BJP had sealed the deal with the AIA-DMK for next year's Assembly elections.
50:36But now AIA-DMK has triggered a suspense. They are saying that the alliance will be fought together, but this is just for the elections.
50:44They will not be forming a coalition government. They even added that Tamil Nadu has never had a coalition government.
50:50All this after Home Minister Amit Shah said that the alliance will fight under EPS leadership for the 2026 Tamil Nadu state elections.
50:57The election results as to determine whether it is a government all by itself on own majority or it is a coalition.
51:27Then comes the other formalities. Trying to misrepresent clearly indicates the handwork of DMK trying to divert the core issue.
51:36Having known that this alliance is very strong and it is going to sweep the upcoming assembly, they want to create a rift between these two.
51:45This is the handwork of DMK.
51:46It is quite natural that the people are not going to elect BJP-ADMK alliance. So there won't be any BJP-ADMK alliance government.
51:54That is a well-known fact because what the BJP is doing is performing anti-Tamil activities. They are against the Tamils. They are against everything.
52:04Any welfare measure to Tamils, they are opposed to it. They are against it. They will talk something and do something.
52:12So people will not elect ADMK-BJP alliance to power. So there is no question of whether they are together or not.
52:19Now BJP believes that it is battle-ready to take on DMK with regards to the state elections.
52:27It was Union Home Minister Amit Shah who said that this is an alliance with AIA-DMK that will fight under the EPS leadership for the big elections in 2026.
52:37But now we are seeing mixed signals coming in from the AIA-DMK.
52:40My colleague Ganaga Keshav is now joining me on the story.
52:43Ganaga, mixed signals coming in from the AIA-DMK.
52:46They are saying that definitely there is a coalition, definitely an alliance has been sealed.
52:51But this is just for the elections. There will not be any coalition government if they win the Tamil Nadu elections in 2026.
52:59Well, in fact, Tamil Nadu has never had a coalition government.
53:02It has either been KDMK or DMK completely. No chance of a coalition government so far.
53:09Even now, when the DMK is ruling, it is in coalition with the Congress.
53:15But when it comes to power sharing, it's only the DMK that's ruling.
53:19There are only Congress MLA's but no Congress ministers.
53:22So that's why APS has made it very clear that although the alliance is with BJP,
53:27if we win, there will be no power sharing as in there won't be any cabinet sharing with any of BJP MLA's,
53:35is what Adequitri Parani Swami says.
53:36It's making it very clear that the alliance is only for elections but not for power sharing.
53:46Thank you, Anika, for giving us those details.
53:48The AIA-DMK making it very clear that definitely there is an alliance but it's only for elections
53:53and there is no alliance with regards to power sharing.
