00:00Tina Peters is an American hero who did her duty.
00:03She committed no crime and yet she's languishing in jail for nine and a half years.
00:08We really think that the Governor Polis of Colorado, telephone 303-866-2471, should
00:18be telephoned and you should back and you should endorse a pardon for Tina Peters.
00:26This is why.
00:27Listen, Tina Peters was a woman, gold star mom of a Navy SEAL son who died in serving
00:33the country.
00:34She was retired and enjoying life, not a political, you know, she got involved, she ran for county
00:40recorder when she was about 65, just to give something back, just to give something back.
00:46She wanted to reduce DMV lines in her county.
00:49She ended up, you know, county recorder.
00:51She suspected, she smelled skunk in a couple of elections and she believed people were
00:58coming in to cover up, but changed her hard drives, which to cover up corruption.
01:07And she did her duty and she made a copy of her hard drive.
01:10She got a court-certified forensic guy to come in and make a certified copy of the hard drive.
01:19To do that showed initiative in the face of corruption.
01:23She had to be a bit sneaky about it, but it was her job to maintain those records and there
01:27were people up above who were demanding access to destroy those records.
01:31And so she did her duty and preserved the records as the county recorder.
01:37And that's what she did.
01:39They hit her with a bunch of Mickey Mouse charges about, well, you gave somebody an ID that wasn't
01:43his.
01:45You know, and what they're really mad about is that record showed they, in fact, did do
01:50a massive cover up.
01:51They're guilty of thousands of felonies.
01:54And there's clear proof of the election being hacked in that record that she made.
02:02That's what the real beef with her is.
02:04That's why they've brought these Mickey Mouse charges.
02:07Any honest court would have thrown them out.
02:09Instead, this court went along in the most bizarre way in the trial with very strange things,
02:16such as the star witness for the prosecution got up there and said he didn't know anything
02:19about his ID being used, which was a flat lie.
02:23He was lying through his teeth.
02:25He'd been absolutely a big part of it.
02:27He was excited to be part of it.
02:28They showed him his message traffic that he didn't know that Tina Peters had saved.
02:36And it showed he knew all about it.
02:37He knew all about it, was happy about it, excited to take part.
02:42And this prosecutor and the judge basically instructed the jury to ignore the message traffic
02:49and just believe what he had said.
02:51I mean, crazy stuff like that.
02:53In any normal world, at least after the kangaroo trial, she wouldn't have to sit in a solitary
02:58while her case went through the normal one-year appeal process.
03:02And believe me, there's a mountain of reversible error in the appeal.
03:08And yet she's being held in the Colorado prison system.
03:12The truth is, at the end of the day, there's going to be a marble statue of her somewhere
03:18because what she found on that hard drive was a stepping stone that let us get to the bottom
03:24of the fake election of 2020 and the bottom of everything.
03:29And that will be coming out sooner rather than later.
03:33So she was an American hero for what she did.
03:35There'll be a marble statue of her somewhere.
03:37The quicker we can get her out of her present circumstances, just the less corrupt the system is going to look later.
03:45So may I respectfully request of Governor Polis that he consider aβ€”he will look prescient if he issues a pardon for Tina Peters
03:55and just ends this corruption raid now that put her in a Colorado prison system.
04:01Okay?
04:01And I encourage you to call Governor Polis' office, 303-866-2471, and encourage him to issue a pardon for Tina Peters as well.
04:13Also, go to the website, tinapeters.us, and give, you know, give $10.
04:20Give something to support Tina Peters.
