Torrential rains are wreaking havoc in Piedmont, Italy! Severe flooding has occurred around Turin.

Within a few hours, large amounts of water accumulated, causing rivers and streams to overflow. Several streets were completely flooded, and local authorities were forced to close roads and activate emergency plans.
