At her town hall event in Cobb County, Georgia, on Tuesday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) spoke about legislation aimed at limiting judicial power drafted after U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg issued an injunction barring further flights of deportees under the Alien Enemies Act.

00:05How can we stop rogue judges? That's a very important question. We just passed a bill
00:12that addresses this very issue. It rains in rogue judges from being able to completely
00:21undo the rule of the American people. Now, when the American people elected President Trump,
00:28and he is following through on the agenda that he promised to you. But when a single judge comes in
00:35and uses the power of his bench and rules against the president's agenda, he's ruling against the
00:42American people. And so we passed that bill in the House to stop judges from doing that.
00:47And we look forward to seeing it go through the Senate and making it to President Trump's desk.
