A federal judge has given the Trump administration two weeks to show how it is complying with a Supreme Court order to facilitate the return of Kilmar Ábrego García, according to BBC. Kilmar is a 29-year-old Salvadoran man deported to a mega-prison in El Salvador. U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis criticized the Justice Department for inaction and warned that she would determine whether the government acted in good faith or contempt. The Department of Homeland Security said he would be detained and possibly removed to a third country if he presented himself at a U.S. port of entry.
