02:11Does that include potentially U.S. citizens fully naturalized in the United States?

02:16If they're criminals, and if they hit people with baseball bats over their head

02:20that happen to be 90 years old,

02:21and if they rape 87-year-old women in Coney Island, Brooklyn,

02:29yeah, yeah, that includes them.

02:31Why do you think they're a special category of person?

02:33They're as bad as anybody that comes in.
