*REVIEWS*
"I love this because it is quirky and unusual. Makesure you watch it because Lea N’Kaoua has the ability to make her scenes creepy as hell, a very talented actress."
- LESTAT HORROR
"Pulling out a one-woman show is no easy feat but it’s one Lea N’Kaoua is able to accomplish with flying colors.
Considering the primary setting of Mannequin is inside of a hotel room, Teixeira was able to make each shot look beautiful, bright, clean and visually inspiring.
Teixeira is able to take a few items which have been seen throughout the genre over the years, combining them to create something new.
I was still reminded of other films involving characters becoming inanimate objects such as Tourist Trap and House of Wax."
- DECAYMAG.COM
"Despite a micro-budget, Teixeira keeps you engaged while displaying an eye for visual detail within carefully framed, vibrant shots utilizing every second of the short’s 9 minute run time.
Mannequin is a great, visionary horror story that has something to say about vanity and materialism."
