Harran Üniversitesi Osman Bey Kampüsü kavşağında, başıboş sokak köpeklerinden kaçarken çıktığı yolda araç çarpması sonucu hayatını kaybeden üniversite öğrencisi Sevda Özkaya (27) için öğrencileri rektörlük binası önünde eylem yaptı.
