00:00Hi, I'm Roxy Trickler, and this is South Street Coffee Co.
00:03Brilliant. Tell me a little bit about the business and when you open.
00:07So we open Saturday, and it's been positive feedback.
00:10We've been inundated with people. It's been amazing.
00:14The support for the small and local business has been, well, I can't thank people enough.
00:18So obviously you're a coffee shop, so just tell me what you're obviously going to be selling.
00:22Yeah, so we're selling coffee cakes, iced coffee, teas, pots of teas, decaf, lots of pastries, flapjacks, cakes, croissants.
00:36Fab. And tell me what the reaction's been like so far.
00:39Well, it's been quite overwhelming really, how many people have been sort of in, come and travelled.
00:44They've travelled from Bognor to come and try it.
00:46I've also got a little mobile coffee van that people know me from that.
00:52So yeah, I can't, I honestly can't thank people enough. It's been amazing.
00:56So has this been a dream for a little while to have your own coffee shop?
00:58Yes, it has. So I started with the mobile coffee van, which is called My Little Coffee Co.
01:02And that's grown so big with events, corporate, and then to then be able to have my own little shop has been amazing.
01:10And just tell me what's going on behind you here.
01:12So at the moment we're having a mural put on the wall, which is done by Doug.
01:17So it's from the bottom of South Street, down by the water, looking up.
01:23So we've got the sea and then all the buildings behind, which the feedback from that has been amazing.
01:30There's a lot ofsehen.
01:35So you've got to kind of go around the middle here.
01:38You have 5 o'clock in the morning.
01:40So let's give that 40 minutes away.
01:44Thank you very much.
01:46Absolutely.
01:47Thank you very much.
