00:11And Rhea, if you can comment on the culture and kind of how you've seen it shift

00:15throughout your tenure here.

00:20Yeah, I mean, I would say that I don't even think our freshmen

00:22completely understand how hard it is, right?

00:25And that's a good thing.

00:26That means the expectations and what we were trying to achieve was kind of prevalent

00:31and felt every single day.

00:33But I do think it takes a lot of work by a lot of people.

00:36I think, you know, once we lost at this point last year,

00:38we asked the people who were returning to be better.

00:41We said to the freshmen coming in, the bar has been raised,

00:43and then we brought in some transfers who could help us take the next step.

00:48For Rhea and Clarice to be with me for four years, I told them in there,

00:52the meteoric rise that they've been part of is really significant.

00:56But I also think TVO and Kiki coming here this year changed our program too.

01:00It kind of put us in a different echelon, and I think everyone feels it.

01:05And now, you know, we're going to get past this stage at some point,

01:09and they're going to have their fingerprints all over it,

01:11even though, you know, they won't be physically with us on the team.

01:14I feel like the growth of the program speaks for itself.
