Trump Administration Takes Battle Over Accidentally Deported Maryland Man To Supreme Court

The Trump Administration asked the Supreme Court to lift an order requiring it to return to the US a Maryland man it accidentally deported —around the same time another judge ruled the administration must return the man no later than Monday night.
