00:00A hit-and-run SUV in Bukidnon did not make it out of the 6 cars.

00:05The best way to chase the SUV was witnessed by Cyril Chavez of Jimmy Regional TV.

00:16A gunshot went off as the police surrounded the SUV in Bukidnon on Thursday.

00:25The SUV tried to back off to escape so it was followed by a warning shot.

00:32It didn't take long for the driver's seat to be opened and the suspect was put down.

00:36According to the police, they have been chasing the suspect for several hours

00:40and the 6 hit-and-run cars in Valencia City were able to escape.

00:46The vehicle was hit by a car.

00:49Luckily, the checkpoints in different areas in Valencia and Malaybalay are alert

00:54so eventually they were able to chase the vehicle.

00:57More than P34,000 were confiscated from the vehicle,

01:01including the valued shabu, drug paraphernalia, and bullets of .45 caliber.

01:07That's what the police did. They shot the wheels.

01:28First, he told the authorities that he was going to Cagayan de Oro City

01:33before the shooting and chasing happened.

01:36According to the suspect, he was ordered by the owner to drop the items.

01:41He was involved in a traffic accident not knowing that he was carrying drug items.

01:47The suspect will face multiple complaints while the authorities are investigating the owner of the vehicle.
