00:00How about Casey Mize here? He's still available in four out of 10 leagues and
00:04this Detroit staff is coming along. It's not just Terry school now. I agree.
00:07Solson. Now it's Casey Mize.
00:10Yeah. And I want to pick him up with this week, especially because even if
00:13you're unsure, this is the week to pick him up because he's got two starts this
00:16week. Not only is that potentially viable, but if he has two really good
00:20starts against these two really good opponents, right, the Yankees and twins,
00:24people are gonna be running to the way wire to pick him up and he's gonna be
00:26three times expensive. So if you pick him up for a couple of bucks now, you
00:30could just drop them back if things don't work out. So that's the plus side
00:32here. So it's more of an insurance policy and we touched on him earlier,
00:36but I want to throw these spring numbers out again. Spring doesn't mean
00:38too much, but 19 innings, 11 hits, 25 strikeouts, eight walks in 19 innings.
00:43That's really good there for Casey Mize. That looks like a guy who might
00:46also finally be getting it. And Casey Mize, a player that's been around a
00:51while. He is 28 years old, but has never really reached his potential. Uh, one
00:56more guy I want to throw out there. Dennis Santana. Another one we talked
00:58about. We were discussing Bednar being dropped. He is 19% rostered. Last week
01:02we talked about picking up Luke Jackson. Hopefully you listen. You got
01:05some saves this week. I want to get this guy right here. You love the high
01:09socks. You can't get enough of that here from Dennis Santana. But if you
01:12need saves, at least in the short term, this is a guy that you could pick up.
01:16And this is my philosophy. Saves present themselves on the waiver wire
01:20every year, especially early on. Why not take advantage of that and save your
01:24draft picks for something better?
