Police officers and staff are being urged to share their views in the Angiolini Inquiry into Sarah Everard’s murder by ex-officer Wayne Couzens. A new survey follows last year’s report, which found Couzens should never have been hired. Former Metropolitan Police Officer Parm Sandhu criticised the lack of action, saying: “We’re building shelves of reports with little activity… Instead of reports, just do something about it.” Report by Covellm. 00:00We've had the Louise Casey report, we've had many reports through HMIC before that and we seem to
00:06be building up shelves and shelves of reports with very little activity and I find that quite
00:12frustrating. I feel that we're letting down the communities of London and further because this
00:17is something that impacts everybody right across the country. So for me whilst I welcome what's
00:23happening I do feel quite frustrated that instead of the reports just do something about it.
