00:34The BBM rice that is being sold in Kadiwa is only P29 per kilo.
00:40On the first day of the operation, 100 bags of rice were distributed to qualified beneficiaries.

00:56Aside from the cheap rice, 20 exhibitors from the Albay Provincial Agricultural Office
