Gyaan is suffering from a Locked in Syndrome. Sandeep has been found dead in his room and Gyaan has the murder weapon in his hand, but there are mud footprints of the killer leading to the garden. CID is called to investigate the matter. A blood sample has been found on the knife which might be of the killer. Inspector Daya and other officers started the search of all the patients who are suffering from this rare disease.
