00:36Eventually, the complainants arrived but they said that they were the victims.
00:42According to the viral video, a man was angry and hurt by the police because of his loud voice.
00:49The man's speech was not good.
00:52According to the police, the men were drunk.
00:55They are still trying to get a statement from the chief of the local police but he is not responding to the call.
