The Mudra Link from Wearable Devices reads the signals coming from your brain, turning your hand into a remote control for macOS, Windows and Android. And it's coming to smart glasses, too. The neural wristband costs $199, and the company has partnered with TCL to help control its smart glasses. This is one of the coolest gadgets at CES 2025.

00:00I think a lot of people were blown away when the Apple Vision Pro came out
00:03and that it could actually see what your hands were doing
00:05and transfer your gestures into, like, on-screen interactions.
00:09But imagine if you didn't have to have a Vision Pro in order to get that sort of magic.
00:13And that's what the Mudra Link does.
00:15This is a new wearable that senses the brain waves
00:18that are coming from your brain to your hands and your fingers,
00:21and it translates that into on-screen actions.
00:24Mudra had, last year, a device for the Apple Watch,
00:27but this, the Mudra Link, is available for any OS,
00:30and the demos that you're seeing behind me are attached to a Mac.
00:34So imagine that you could do anything from playing games,
00:36and you can actually, like, scroll through TikTok and things like that.
00:39But things are going to get really interesting when Mudra pairs up
00:42with, I think, what is the next wave of consumer electronics,
00:45and that is augmented reality glasses and smart glasses.
00:49Because I think a lot of people, when you look at those things, are like,
00:51well, I don't want to tap my temple all day long.
00:53So if you have this with you,
00:55you can use that as a way to navigate the interface of tomorrow
00:58on the devices of tomorrow for something that is really cheap.
01:02Creepy, but cool.
01:04We can't tell you who they're partnering with yet,
01:06but I would imagine that Mudra is going to have at least one partnership
01:09that's coming out of CES 2025.
01:11And as you can see behind me, the demos are actually pretty fluid.
01:14It takes a little bit of time to get used to,
01:16but once you get the hang of it, it's very natural.
01:19Oh, I died.
01:21But it's kind of like the Vision Pro,
01:23instead of $3,500, it's $199.
01:26This is just our first taste of what the Mudra Link can do,
01:28and I think things are going to get really interesting
01:30once they start partnering up with other device makers.
